As part of the Ecolab Development Week, we decided to arrange an in-office session to encourage colleagues to return back to office interact and engage. Through various small group activities and using relatable and simple examples we were able to practice our self introduction, think through our value to give and receive “buffet table” to enable purposeful connections and conversations.

We were grateful for engaging her and everyone had an enjoyable session on “Creating impactful Connections”. We love her warm personality and positive energy!
